Shipping & Delivery:
Buttoned up is a fundraiser for charity which is entirely run by volunteers, who are also Mum’s with busy lives…. we strive to post orders as soon as we can, however we do not post every day. All orders are sent on Royal mail 2nd class, which once posted, should be delivered within 2-3 days. Thank you for your understanding.
We ship worldwide – any orders from outside the UK are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked which gives you a tracking number to trace your parcel on its journey, and also a delivery time of approx 5-10 days.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE RETURNING GOODS:
Items returned must be in their original condition.
Should you wish to return any non-sale / full price items for a refund, please fill out the details on the return slip that comes with orders, and post your return to us within 14 days of delivery. Items returned after the 14 day period will receive a gift voucher or credit note to use at www.buttonedup.net.
Sale items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a gift voucher or credit note to be used at www.buttonedup.net.
Clearance items are non-returnable – Any item that states CLEARANCE in the title on the website is NON-RETURNABLE and a refund may not be processed if a clearance item is returned.
Postage to return items to Buttoned up is at the expense of the customer.
